I went to "Festa della CGIL di Roma e del Lazio" tonight, had the best pizza I have ever had (so far) drank my first Italian beer and saw a live cover band, I could not understand a word they were singing but they sounded fantastic!! I could not wipe the huge grin off my face!

Then went for a walk along some market stalls then left there and headed for a gelati, had the most delicious hazelnut gelati - with full hazelnuts - a close second to the chocolate I had earlier, but the chocolate is going to take some beating!

I am off to Siena tomorrow, I have absolutely loved Roma but am looking forward to moving on ...
